Liyi is one of the most influential poets who lived in early Middle Part of Tang Dynasty. After An Lushan-Shi Siming Rebellion, which brought great changes into both the social condition and the spirit of age in that period of Tang Dynasty, with his complicated emotions, Liyi made his poetical works have striking features of that stage.
