摘要
从农村中学的实际出发,通过对农村中学生心理特点以及农村中学教师的职业素养的分析,提出围绕学生心理特点、提升教师自身素质以及在课堂管理中倾注精细化管理等实行有效课堂管理,从而达到和谐课堂的构建。
Based on the realistic situations of rural middle schools,through an analysis of the psychological features of rural middle school students and professional qualities of teachers in such schools,some ideas concerning the improvement of teachers' qualities and an elaborated management of classroom teaching centered on the psychological characteristics of the students are put forward for the structuring of a harmonious classroom teaching.
