摘要
采用金相观察、透射电镜分析和焊接热模拟技术,研究了含Nb,NbTi,NbTiB的微合金控轧控冷钢的焊接性能、热影响区组织及冷裂纹敏感性,讨论了微合金元素对焊接性能的影响·试验结果表明,厚规格汽车桥壳钢的热影响区没有出现马氏体组织,微合金元素Nb,Ti,B的加入提高了热影响区性能·在tm=1300℃,τ8/5=30s时的焊接热模拟组织与实际焊接组织相一致·试钢在冷裂试验中并没有冷裂纹产生,可得出结论:厚规格桥壳钢的焊接性能较好·
The microstructure of heat affected zone (HAZ) and the welding properties of microalloyed steels containing Nb,Ti and B were investigated by optical microscopy,transmisson electron microscopy and weld thermal simulation technique. Cold cracking sensitivity of the steel as welded was also investigated. The results showed that no Martensite structure was found in the HAZ of the steels developed for the special application to the rear axle housing of automobile. The properties of HAZ was improved greatly by the addition of microalloy elements Nb,Ti and B. The microstructure of HAZ thermal simulated at 1300℃, τ 8/5 =30s was similar to that of the real weld. No cold cracking was found in the tested steels. It can be concluded that all the newly developed steels show very good weldability.
