摘要
研究两种Al(OH)3原料在不同煅烧温度和不同保温时间进行煅烧,所得产品α-Al2O3晶粒尺寸的变化情况,及硼类、氟类和氟镁类矿化剂对α-Al2O3晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明:煅烧温度在1400℃以下时,产品主要是由小于1μm的晶粒组成,而且在1400℃以下煅烧时,延长保温时间有利于α-Al2O3晶粒度的生长;煅烧温度在1500℃以上时对晶粒度基本没有影响。硼类和氟类矿化剂都有利于α-Al2O3晶粒的长大。
The crystal growth of α-Al2O3 sintemd at different sintering temperature and time with two kinds of Al(OH)2 was researched. The effects of mineralizer ofboridc, fluoride, fluoride-magnesian on crystal size of α-Al2O3 were discussed. The results showed that the crystal size of α-Al2O3 was less than 1 vm sintered below 1 400 ℃. Sintering time was benefit to crystal size growing of α-Al2O3 below 1 400 ℃. The temperatures above 1 500 ℃ had less influence on the crystal size. The mineralizer of boride, fluoride was both benefit to crystal size growing of α-Al2O3.
