摘要
对驮英水库泄洪方案进行比选后,推荐采用溢洪道单独泄流方案。论述了溢洪道如何根据地质地形情况进行布置,并与大坝、灌溉发电系统等建筑物布局协调,使枢纽总体布置合理。基础开挖较深产生的高边坡问题按常规方法处理,采用挑流消能方式。控制段底板采用帷幕灌浆和固结灌浆以及锚杆进行加固,泄槽底板采用锚杆进行加固,挑流鼻坎基础采用固结灌浆结合底板锚杆加固。
Flood-relief spillway is recommended for Tuoying Reservoir after comparison of flood discharging schemes.The spillway is arranged according to the geologic and topographic conditions,while taking into account its coordination with other structures such as main dam and irrigating/power generating system.Traditional measures are to be adopted for the high slope due to deep excavation.Ski-jump energy dissipater is designed.The foundation treatment measures include curtain and consolidation grouting with anchor rods for the base slab of control section;anchor rods for the base slab of relief channel;consolidation grouting with anchor rods for the foundation of deflector bucket.
