Based on brief introduction of the general conditions of Changqi Water Project located in Guangxi,the author analyzed the existing problems,probed into corresponding solutions,and put forward the keys to the project management problem include relevant policy being put into effect,correct leadership of local government,active participation and coordination of all basic administrative units.
