摘要
通过在四球摩擦磨损试验机和MHK500环块摩擦磨损机上的试验表明,在不同的润滑油中加入可聚合单体,可以有效降低金属表面的摩擦磨损,使润滑油的抗极压和抗疲劳性能都有显著提高·通过付立叶红外光谱仪分析表明,由于摩擦表面生成原位聚合膜,使摩擦系数和磨损量显著降低·
By adding possible polymer monomer, the different lubricants can effectively reduce friction and wear of the friction surface so as to increase anti extreme pressure and anti fatigue life. It was examined on a four balls friction and wear test machine and a MHK 500 friction and wear test machine.The results show that in situ polymer film formed in the friction surface has decreased friction coefficient and wear volume by using Fourier transform IR microspectrometry (FTIRM).
