LMPM/PP复合材料的形态结构与透气性

The Air Permeability of LMPM/PP and Its Morphogical Structure

摘要 以气体穿过聚合物的曲折因子τ的计算模拟了LMPM/PP复合材料的透气性与分散相LMPM形态结构的关系。用常规方法测定TLMPM/PP复合材料对水气的相对渗透系数,探讨了LMPM/PP复合材料的透气性与LMPM用量以及加工工艺的关系、结果证明,当LMPM体积分数少于30%时,只进行混炼,LMPM/PP复合材料的透气性接近按球形分散相模拟的结果;当LMPM用量少于20%时.先混炼再挤出所制复合材料的透气性接近按纤维分散相模拟的结果。LMPM用量较多时,透气性显著下降。SEM照片显示,混炼时,LMPM超细分散成粒子状;混炼又挤出时,LMPM以纤维状分散于基体之中;这与透气性测定预示的结构相同。测定复合材料的透气性是了解复合材料形态结构的重要手段。 The relation between air permeability of LMPM/PP composite and the morphology of the dispersed phase LMPM can be simulated by caculating the tortuous factor τ of the gases across the polymer. The coefficient of relative permeation of the LMPM/PP composite to vapor is measured in common way. The relation between air permeability of LMPM/PP composite and the LMPM content as well as processing method is inquired. The result shows that the air Permeability is near the result obtained by the simulation of spherical dispersed phase as mixed with LMPM less than 30% volume content. When the content is below 20%, it will be near the result obtained by the simulation of fibric dispersed phase if first mixed and then extruded. The air permeability decreases notably with the increase of LMPM content when the content of LMPM is more than 30%. SEM shows that the former'S LMPM is dispersed in the shape of particle, and the latters' is dispersed in the shape of fibre. Thus, the measure of air permeability is a simply method to understand the morphology of composites.
