摘要
远程监控是地铁建设中提高工程安全管理效率、建立风险预警机制的重要手段之一,通过介绍杭州地铁建设远程监控系统的组成和管理体系,并结合典型预警事件介绍远程监控管理系统在杭州地铁建设安全管理系统中的应用,为类似工程提供参考。
Remote monitoring system（RMS）is one of the effective means to improve the efficiency of project management and to establish the mechanism of risk pre-warning.The article describes the composition,management system of the RMS of Hang zhou.,and shows the RMS＇function in the safety management system of Hang zhou Metro with a classical case.By doing this,the author hopes to provide a reference for similar projects.
