本文依据系统安全工程的原理,应用模糊数学评估方法,尝试建立航运公司安全与防污染管理状况的模糊评估模型,开展航运公司安全信用等级的评定,为海事主管机关科学监管提供决策支持。

Based on the theory and method of the safety system engineering,this paper is focus on the quantitative evaluation method on the efficiency of safety and pollution prevention management of shipping company.The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to calculate the safety credit level of the shipping company.Furthermore,the evaluation result using our proposed method can offer decision support for maritime administration..
