本文阐述了中小物流企业的内涵及作用,分析了影响中小物流企业发展的内外环境因素,对国内外中小物流企业发展环境进行了对比研究,最后从加大物流基础设施的投资建设力度、加快我国运输行政管理体制改革、积极推进物流标准化建设、重视物流技术研究应用推广、重视对中小物流企业的培育等五方面提出了对策。

With an explanation of the connotation and functions of medium and small enterprises,the paper provides a comparative analysis of the development environment for domestic and abroad medium and small logistics enterprises.Countermeasures are put forwards including increasing logistics infrastructure investment,speeding the reform of China＇s Transportation administration policies,vigorously promoting the construction of logistics standardization,attaching importance to the study,allocation and popularization of logistics technology,stressing the cultivation of medium and small logistics enterprises.
