塔架固定螺栓状态质量可拓评估方法研究

摘要 运用可拓学的物元理论、可拓集合论和关联函数,构建塔架固定螺栓状态质量评估的经典域物元和节域物元,建立其物元模型。应用建立的物元模型,选用与安全性相关的可测特征分别为:抗拉强度、楔负载、扭矩值、锈蚀量和螺纹磨损量,作为螺栓状态质量评估因子,对11号固定螺栓连续4a的实际检测数据进行评估,获得客观合理的评估结果。该方法能较真实地反映实际塔架固定螺栓状态质量等级,证明可拓学理论应用于塔架固定螺栓状态质量评估的有效性和可行性。 By applying matter-element theory,extension set theory and dependent function calculation of extension method,the classical and limited matter-elements of state quality evaluation of positioning bolt in tower crane are set up,and an extension model of the multifactor synthetic evaluation on the bolt state quality is established as well in this paper.Five factors on reliability safety,such as strength of extension,wedge load,moment of torque,corrosion value and thread wearing capacity,are used to evaluate bolt state quality based on extension model.State quality evaluation is conducted on test data of 11 positioning bolt,and objective and reasonable evaluation results are obtained.This method can reflect more objectively and truly the state quality degree of actual positioning bolts in tower crane.Therefore,the extension theory is more effective and practical in state quality evaluation.
