中俄输油管道多年冻土区的水土保持问题及工程措施

Study on Water and Soil Conservation Problems and Technical Countermeasures of China-Russia Oil Transportation Project in Permafrost Belt

多年冻土区输油管道工程的修建往往会对管道沿线生态环境造成很大的影响.在介绍中俄输油管道工程特点的基础上,分析了多年冻土的存在对输油管道建设项目水土保持问题的特殊影响,讨论了多年冻土区输油管道工程水土流失的成因及特点,并根据管道工程建设的要求和特点,提出了相应的防治原则和工程措施,以保护工程建设区生态环境.

The ecological environment along the oil transportation pipeline is always affected considerably by the oil transportation project construction.Based on introducing the characteristics of Russia-China oil transportation project,the special influence of permafrost upon water and soil conservation in oil transportation project is analyzed,the causes and the characteristics of water and soil erosion of oil transportation project in permafrost belt are discussed.According to the requirements and features of oil transportation project,some appropriate treatment principles and technical countermeasures are provided to protect the ecological environment effectively.
