针对铁路工程项目建设规模大,建设周期长,涉及风险因素众多的特点,以集包增建第二双线为例,利用故障树对集包增建第二双线工程项目风险进行识别,用层次分析法对该项目风险进行评价,指出本项目应重点防范的风险及具体应对措施.

In view of the railroad engineering project＇s large scale,long construction cycle and multitude risk factors,the article uses the fault tree to indentify the risk of JIBAO additional second-line engineering,carries on the appraisal with the analytic hierarchy process,and points out the key risks that should be concerned and the specific response.
