摘要
利用研制出的高效催化树脂进行锅炉补给水除氧,克服了传统的单纯投加亚硫酸钠除氧存在的各种弊端;在常温条件下,经实验室静态、动态及现场中试试验,探索了该处理技术的可行性,并对催化树脂的稳定性进行了测试,确定出了除氧设备的最佳设计参数.试验结果表明:催化反应器运行流速25-35 m/h,催化树脂层高1.2 m;Na2SO3投加量约为10 mg/L,仅略大于化学反应所需得理论值,出水溶解氧含量≤0.05 mg/L,除氧效果稳定可靠.
The dissolved oxygen in boiler feed water was removed by using high-efficient catalytic resin developed.Under the normal temperature,the feasibility of the processing technology was explored by laboratory static,dynamic and field pilot test,and the stability of catalytic resin was tested.The best design parameters of the oxygen removal device were determined.The results show that the reactor operation flow is 25~35 m/h,the catalyzed resin-storey is 1.2 m,Na2SO3 dosage is about 10 mg/L,only slightly larger than the theoretically required value of the chemical reaction,the effluent dissolved oxygen content is equal to or lesser than 0.05 mg/L,and the oxygen removal effect is stable and reliable.
