摘要 基于Washburn方程,利用液体在滤料中上升时压力的变化测量滤料接触角,建立了一个测量滤料润湿性(接触角)的简便方法,并提出了用亲油—亲水比(LHR)来研究相同液体对不同颗粒接触角的润湿性.结果表明:常规7种滤料的LHR值由大到小依次是:核桃壳>泡沫滤珠>磁铁矿>石灰石>无烟煤>石英砂>锰砂,表明核桃壳对油的润湿性最好,锰砂最差;实验证明LHR值(接触角)的测定受润湿液温度和滤料的粒径的影响. Based on the Washburn equation,a simple new method to deter contact angle on the filter material has been constructed.The change of osmotic pressure which relates to contact angle can be measured as the liquid rises up.The concept of Lipophile-Hdrophile ration(LHR) has been put forward to represent the wetting properties of solid particle.The results show that the walnut shell can be wetted easily by oil among the researched material,and the ferromanganese is reversely.It could be ranked by their LHR:walnut shell〉foam〉magnetite〉limestone〉anthracite〉quartzite〉ferromanganese,and LHR can be influenced by the temperature of liqued in filter bed and particles' diameter.
