以某款车型的除霜风道及格栅为研究对象,经过三轮CFD分析,通过调整风道和调节隔栅叶片角度,消除了涡流区,使得最终除霜效果达到要求,并且通过环模试验,验证了CFD的准确性。

The duct and grills of one project is studied here, by adjusting the duct and the angle of grills with CFD analysis for three times, vortex was eliminated, so the final defrost performance has reached our requirement. Then the accuracy of CFD is validated by HET test.
