摘要
在燃气输配行业中,聚乙烯(PE)管材、管件的应用迅速增加,给燃气工程的施工带来诸多方便。为保证施工和使用过程中的安全性、稳定性、可靠性,燃气工程设计、施工中的各个环节均要有章可循,以便对施工质量进行严格把关。结合多年工程实践经验与对规范的理解,从PE管材、管件的搬运及堆放要求、管沟开挖及回填土的要求、安全净距与套管加设、PE管的连接要求及PE管的吹扫、强度气密性试验要求五个方面,对燃气工程聚乙烯(PE)管施工中的一些施工要求进行一些探讨。
In gas transmission and distribution, the large-scale application of polyethylene pipes and fittings brings a lot of convenience to the construction. In order to insure the safety, stability and reliability, regulations must be abided by during various steps of design and construction to guarantee the quality. taking into consideration these years’ experience and the national codes, the thesis studies the construction concerning polyethylene pipes and fittings from the following five aspects: the transport and stacking, the excavation of pipe trenches and backfilling, requirements on safety distance and cannula pipes, the connection, and cleaning and gas tightness tests.
