摘要
采用正辛醇-水分配体系模拟中药水煎液中铁在人体中胃肠的分配情况,用紫外-可见分光光度法研究了黄芪与泽泻及其水煎液中铁的含量、水煎液中水溶态铁、醇溶态铁的含量.结果表明:铁的水煮溶出率均较低,中药中铁的形态与中药成分、作用靶位(胃肠)的酸度有关,酸度对中药中铁的溶出率及水煎液中铁的形态影响较大,这些结果对黄芪与泽泻的综合研究有一定价值.
C8H17OH-2H2O system was used to study the distribution of iron in Chinese traditional medicine decoction Astragli radix and Alismatis rhizoma in our stomach and intestine.The concentrations of total iron,water soluble iron and C8H17OH soluble zinc in two Chinese traditional medicine and compound of Peach Seed and Safflower under gastric and intestinal acidity were analyzed by spectrophotometry method.The component of medicines,acidity of target have great effect on the speciation and quantum of iron in their decoctions.
