孕妇外周血中游离胎儿DNA已被广泛应用于非侵入性产前诊断中.本文综述了游离胎儿DNA作为产前诊断可靠指标的理论依据,总结了目前游离胎儿DNA的提取技术、研究方法及临床应用.同时,提出了在这个研究领域中仍面临的困难.

Cell-free fetal DNA in blood circulation of pregnant women has been widely used in non-invasive prenatal diagnosis.The theoretical basis of which free fetal DNA is considered as a reliable indicator of prenatal diagnosis has been described in this paper,it has summed up the extraction techniques,research methodology and clinical application of free fetal DNA.At the same time,it proposed the current difficulties in the field.
