摘要
目的研究电针刺上巨虚穴对慢性应激刺激所致内脏高敏性大鼠和正常大鼠结肠内P物质(substanup)及其血管活性肽(VIP)表达的影响,探讨电针上巨虚穴缓减内脏高敏感的可能机制及其不同电针次数的效能.方法雄性3周龄SD大鼠50只,随机分为五组:空白组、模型组、多次电针组、单次电针组、单次针刺组.运用免疫组化SABC法观察大鼠结肠SP、VIP分布.结果与多次电针组相比,模型组大鼠SP表达有增强(P<0.01),VIP表达有显著性降低(P<0.01);单次电针组、单次针刺组大鼠SP表达显著增加(P<0.01),VIP表达显著降低(P<0.01).单次电针较单次针刺组大鼠SP表达无显著性差异(P>0.05),VIP表达无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论电针上巨虚穴的减轻内脏痛敏的作用与胃肠道SP的分布减少及VIP的分布增加存在着密切关系,且多次电针效果优于单次电针与单次针刺.
Objective: To study the electro-acupuncture points on the giant virtual stimulation on chronic stress-induced visceral hypersensitivity in rats and normal rat colon P substance(substanup) and vasoactive peptide(VIP) expression in the changes of electro-acupuncture Points on the giant virtual mitigation of the possible mechanisms of visceral hypersensitivity and the number of different electro-acupuncture performance.Methods: 50 male 3-week-old SD rats were divided into five groups: control group,model group,multiple electro-acupuncture group,a single electro-acupuncture group,single-treatment group.Immunohistochemistry SABC method using rat colon SP,VIP distribution.Results: Compared with many electro-acupuncture group,model group,SP expression increased(P0.01),VIP expression was significantly lower(P0.01);single electro-acupuncture group,single-needle rats SP expression increased significantly(P0.01),VIP expression was markedly reduce(P0.01).A single electro-acupuncture acupuncture group compared with a single expression of rat SP was no significant difference(P0.05),VIP expression was not significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture points on the giant virtual to mitigate the role of visceral hyperalgesia and the gastrointestinal tract to reduce the distribution of SP and VIP increase in the distribution there is a close relationship,and many times more effective than a single electro-acupuncture electro-acupuncture with the single-needle.
