我国教练员科学研究现状

Current Condition of the Research on Coaches in China

通过查阅文献,运用文献资料法总结了近年来我国教练员科学研究现状.着重从教练员的素质能力、教练员的领导理论以及部分优势项目教练员的相关理论等三方面进行了分析与综述,得出结论并提出建议.

This article, by using literature, sums up the current research condition on coaches in China. Three aspects of the research - qualities and competence of coaches, the guiding theories of coaches, and theories of coaches on advantageous events are discussed, and some proposals are also offered.
