数控加工离线分析系统的研究与开发

Research and Development on the Analysis System for NC Machining

数控加工过程分析是在离线工作方式下，预测数控程序的加工结果，检查编程错误，优化数控程序，是提高数控编程质量的重要环节。本文以双刀架数控车床为研究对象，介绍用于双刀架车床数控加工分析系统，着重就系统的结构和有关实现问题进行讨论。

NC machining analysis is a important link to improve NC code quality.In this paper,double tool carriers lathe is used as research object,the overall architecture of the analysis system for the double tool carriers lathe is introduced,and the techniques of developing about NC machining analysis system is discussed in detail.
