摘要
进入21世纪,欠发达地区新建本科院校迅速发展。毕节学院作为西部欠发达地区新建本科院校之一,经过四年多的建设,师资队伍素质有了较快的发展,但师资队伍结构不合理、教学水平整体不高、科研水平参差不齐、高层次人才危机等问题使得其在内涵发展的道路上充满挑战。结合该类院校内涵发展对师资建设提出的要求,学校管理者应高度重视师资队伍建设,抓好规划工作,实行分类培养,采取刚柔并济的管理模式调动教师的积极性和创造性。
The newly-transformed universities in underdeveloped areas have developed rapidly.Bijie University,as one of them in western China,in the past four years has obtained a rather outstanding progress in the quality of teaching staff.However,the incongruous structure of staff,the less-qualified teaching level,the unevenness of scientific capability and the lack of high level personnel are all vital ob-stacles in the process of the development of its intension.To face the challenges and to meet the require-ments of the development of its intension,the university supervisors should take the following measures to mobilize the positivity and creativity of teaching staff: to highly attach more importance to the building of teaching staff,to program the education of teaching staff in categories,and to take the managing pattern of combining the inflexibility and yielding of teaching staff.
