摘要
以夏利汽车减振器为研究对象,应用减振器专用仿真软件SPSA-1确定了主要结构参数变化对最大、最小阻尼力及速度特性曲线形状的影响,基于SPSA-1软件提出了减振器的三阶段参数设计方法。
Taking the shock absorber of Xiali car as the object of study and using the special purposed emulation software SPSA-1 of shock absorber, this paper determined the influence of parametric variation of main structures upon the maximum and minimum damping forces and the shape of curves of velocity charcateristics. A method of three staged parametric design for shock absorbers is advanced based on the software SPSA-1.
