摘要
讨论战略信息管理的绩效内涵、工作人员绩效评价的特殊性,试图以KPI和平衡积分卡两种手段来建立战略信息管理制定绩效评价指标,指明了绩效评价中应该注意的事项。
This paper analyzes the content of strategic information management and the special characteristics of the evaluation of the staff's performance with a view to identifying the indicators of performance evaluation of strategic information management by employing the key performance indicators (KPI) and the balance scorecard and highlighting the factors worthy of attention.
