目的探讨高血压脑出血（幕上）外科治疗方法的及疗效。方法采用开颅血肿清除术87例，微创钻孔血肿碎吸术95例，对手术治疗高血压脑出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗结果按GOS评分评价。其中恢复良好67例，中残46例，重残23例，植物生存5例，死亡4l例。结论血肿量在30ml以上患者，选择合适的手术方式和手术时机是治疗高血压脑出血，提高患者术后生存质量，降低致残率和病死率的关健，

Results The treatment result grades the appraisal according to GOS. Restoresthe good 67 cases, center the remnant 46 cases, the heavyremnaut 23 cases, the plant survives 5 cases, died 41 cases. Conclusion 30 ml hematoma in patients over volume, timing and choice of surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Improve the quality of life in patients with lower morbidity and mortality key.
