产妇健康教育的问题及干预

The problems about the health education to lying - in women and its solution

目的了解产妇健康教育状况。方法对2006年4月至2007年4月600例住院产妇进行调查分析；提出产妇指导存在的问题对策和措施。结果从600例住院产妇进行调查结果可知，有24．5％的产妇未得到良好指导，随着现代医学模式的转变及健康观念的提高，产妇产后健康教育显得优为重要，应成为护理工作一项重要内容。结论对产妇进行产后健康教育将提高产妇的生活质量，减少母婴出院后的并发症，同时提高护士在产妇及家属心目中的社会地位。

Objective To study the situation of Lying - in women＇s health education in our hospital. Methods Investigation and analy- sis to 600 Hospitalization Lying - in women from April 2006 to April 2007, make solution to the exist health education problem. Results From the survey to 600 hospitalization there were 24. 5% lying - in women misguide. But With the change of the modern medical science and the im- provement of the health concept, people＇s health education to lying - in women is getting more and more important. It should be an important ele- ment in taking care work. Conclusion The health education win increase the lying in women＇s quality of life and reduce they and their children＇s complication after leaving the hospital, and the murses will leave a good impression to the lying - in women and their families.
