抛丸机自动控制电路的检修

摘要 通过抛丸机自动控制电路检修的实例,具体地介绍了使用万用表进行自行控制电路维修的方法。从这个实例中可以看出,在用万用表进行自动控制电路的检修时,最主要的方法是调查研究法和逻辑推理法。通过调查研究往往可以获得对维修很有用的信息;用逻辑推理法可以快速地缩小故障范围。在这些方法的基础上再辅助采用隔离法、试验法、替换法和测量法,就可以快速、准确地诊断和排除设备自动控制电路的故障了。 Here to pass particular example to check & maintain automatic control circuit of throw pill machine, concretely introduction method to maintain automatic control circuits of modernization equipments with multimeter. Can see from this particular the example, at checking & maintaining automatic control circuits with multimeter, The major method is investigative research method and logic inferential method. Passing investigative research usually can acquire great useful information of maintenance, with the logically inferential method can quickly reduce the scope to break down. On the foundation of these methods, and too adopt insulated method, experimental method, substitutive method and measured method, can fast, accurately diagnosis and expel break down of equipment's automatic control circuit.
