摘要
以硫酸铜为原料,通过在反应中引入合适的助剂,采用沉淀转化法制备出活性纳米氧化铜产品。研究了助剂加入量、加碱时间、反应物的质量浓度、反应温度等因素对产品质量的影响,通过实验确定了最佳反应条件。经过产品性能检测,产品粒径达到了60 nm,满足了境外某公司对产品性能的要求。
The activated nanometer-sized cupric oxide was prepared by precipitation transformation method.During this reaction,cupric sulfate was the material and the quantitative assistants were dropped.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,assistants and material concentration on the property of the product were studied in detail.The optimum preparing conditions were determined.The property of the product was analyzed and characterized,and the particle diameter is about 60 nm,which meets the demand of some foreign company.
