街区邻里政治是普通人的日常生活政治,其地方性、流变性、碎片性的内在品格,具备了成为社会学想象源头、对象和寓所的基本条件。生活政治与制度政治、实践政治与文本政治之间的"缝隙"构成了邻里行动者的自由空间和选择余地,深层的制度和结构性矛盾就隐藏在日常生活的权力实践过程之中。理解和解释邻里政治的双重运行逻辑,必须回归日常生活世界,强化观察者于日常生活的"深度在场"意识和"积极干预"立场。

Urban grassroots＇ neighborhood politics is a political daily life of ordinary people. The inner character with locality, rheology, fragment, is as a basic conditions of the source, object and home about the sociological imagination. It＇s to grasp how actors embodied to the state and the society in specific issues, and to amend the Utopia default of civil society accord to possible accident and occasionality from action consequences. To understand and explain the dual - logic of neighborhood political operation, we must return to daily life in the world, and strengthen the ＂deep presence＂ awareness and ＂positive intervention＂ position of the observer in the daily life.
