Commentary on the Western Public Policy Theory Models and Methodology

自哈罗德.拉斯韦尔确立公共政策学以降,西方公共政策理论层出不穷,观点纷呈。在芜杂繁复的政策理论丛林中,对其理论模型的吸收借鉴是促进中国政策理论研究的一条重要途径。从模型角度来说,可资借鉴的西方公共政策理论主要有阶段启发模型、多源流分析模型、倡导联盟模型、间断性均衡模型、政策网络模型等。

Since the establishment of public policy by Lasswell Harold,the theory of western public policy emerges kinds of views. It＇ s a method to research its models in the jungle of complex policy theoties. From the model point of view, the theories which we can learn from are as follows： the stages heuristic model, the multiple - streams model, the advocacy coalition model, the punctuated - equilibrium model and the policy network model.
