我国电信行业经济效率分析

Analysis of Economic Efficiency on Our Country Telecommunication Profession

本文采用对数形式的时变技术效率随机前沿生产函数模型,对我国电信行业的全要素生产率进行了分解与实证研究,并与37个大中型工业企业的总体情况进行了对比;接着分析了垄断与经济效率之间的关系,结果显示当电信行业垄断程度降低时,全要素生产率的增长速度放慢,前沿技术进步加快,资源配置效率加强,规模总报酬递减。

This article used the logarithmic form the time-variable technical efficiency random front production function model,carried on the decomposition and empirical study to the total factor productivity of our country telecommunication profession,and carried on the contrast with the overall situation of 37 two figure profession;then analyzed the relation of the monopoly and the economic efficiency,finally demonstrated that when the telecommunication profession monopoly degree reduced,the growth rate of the total factor productivity slowed down, when the frontier technology progress speeded up,the resources allocation efficiency strengthed,and the total scale returns descended.
