高校体育教师的重新定位及价值体系的研究

高校体育教师在学校中受到不公平的对待,一方面有历史遗留原因,另一方面有体育教师自身原因。体育教师自身定位不清晰,发展方向不明确是一个主要原因。通过对新时期高校体育教师重新定位的原因进行分析,构建高校体育教师新模式,为新时期高校体育工作的发展和体育教师自身的发展,提供参考依据。
