摘要
根据原料的物相分析和组成测定结果,表明该物料具有特殊性。此低品位含碲物料中含有大量的锌及其化合物,由于锌与碲化合物的化学性质相似,所以采用常规的酸或碱浸工艺均难以使Zn与Te分离。因此,在保证技术指标的条件下,必须以最短流程实现锌、铜与碲的分离,这是该工艺的技术关键。
Phase analysis and composition determination of raw material show that the material has particularity.The low grade Te-containing material contains zinc and its compounds,because chemical properties of tellurium compounds and zinc compounds are similar,the normal acid or alkali leaching process can not separate Zn and Te.Therefore,under the term of assuring technical index,separation of Zn,Cu,Te in the most short process is technical key of the process.
