可逆水泵水轮机内部流场计算与稳定性分析 被引量:2

摘要 要优化水泵水轮机转轮设计,应了解包括转轮在内的水泵水轮机全流道的流动特性。提出了按水泵给定流道参数和转数,从水轮机方向计算叶型的全三维逆向设计方法。采用三维不可压紊流的连续方程与动量方程和紊动能与耗散率方程对内部流场进行研究计算。选用高水头可逆式水泵水轮机进行了全流道双向三维湍流数值模拟与稳定性分析。由于在设计中综合考虑了水泵和水轮机的双向流动特性,设计转轮有较好的效率。 To optimize the design of pump-turbine runner,we should understand the flow characteristics of the pump turbine,including the runner. This paper proposes a three-dimension reverse design method of blade based on turbine according to the flow parameters and revolution of pump. The flow characteristics of inner flow field of turbine are computed with three-dimension incompressible continuous equation,momentum equation and turbulent kinetic-dissipation equation. The 3-dimension 2-way numerical simulation and stability analysis are carried on the high-head reversible pump-turbine runner. The result indicates that the method is effective to design pump-turbine runners because of considering the 2-way flow characteristics of both the pump and turbine on design of pump-turbine runner.
