饲粮蛋白质水平对产蛋前鹌鹑生长发育的影响

Effects of crude protein levels of feed on growth of ante-laying quails

为了研究不同粗蛋白质水平饲粮对产蛋前鹌鹑生长发育的影响,将产蛋前鹌鹑分育雏期(0～18日龄)和育成期(18～39日龄)2个阶段,设3个粗蛋白饲粮添加组.第1组:育雏期、育成期粗蛋白添加量分别为21%、17%;第2组:育雏期、育成期粗蛋白添加量分别为23%、19%;第3组:育雏期、育成期粗蛋白添加量分别为25%、21%.在0、6、12、18、25、32、39日龄称量鹌鹑的体质量和累计采食量.结果表明:育雏期末体质量第3组极显著高于第1、2组(P<0.01),第2组极显著高于第1组(P<0.01).育成期末,第2组鹌鹑的体质量最高,显著高于第1组(P<0.05).第2组从12日龄到39日龄,各阶段累计采食量最高.

The experiment was carried out to study the effect of crude protein levels of feed on growth of ante-laying quails. Three groups of quails were used in this research and the period was divided to brood time （0～18 d） and grown time （18～39 d）.The levels of crude protein of the 1st group was 21 % in brood time and 17 % in grown time ,the 2nd group was 23 % in brood time and 19 % in grown time ,and the 3rd group was 25 % in brood time and 21% in grown time. The body weight and the feed intake of quails were measured on the age of 0、6、12、18、25、32、39 d. The results showed that ,at the end of brood time ,the quails’ weight of the 3rd group was higher significantly than that of the 1st and the 2nd groups （ P〈0.01）,and that of the 2nd group was higher significantly than the 1st group （P〈0.01）.The weight of quails of the 2nd group was the highest at the end of grown time, and higher significantly than that of the 1st group（P〈0.05）. The quails’ cumulative feed intake of the 2nd group was bigger than that of the 1st and the 2nd groups from the age of 12 to 39 d.
