网络环境下制约陕西图书馆联盟建设的因素及对策

Restraints in Shaanxi Library Consortia Construction and Its Countermeasures

针对陕西图书馆联盟建设中缺乏协调机制、合作机制、评价机制等几大制约因素,提出了图书馆员要树立新型合作理念、政府要干预协调及优化运行机制、联盟要构建统一网络化平台的对策;目的是进一步发挥图书馆联盟的优势,促进本区域文献资源共建共享共知的持续发展。

After the paper analyzes the main restrictive factors of Shannxi Province Library Consortia（SPLC） in their inter-library cooperation such as the lack of coordination and cooperation mechanism,and of sound evaluation system,it proposes the countermeasures.Firstly,the provincial government should play an important role in coordinating the libraries at different levels for the sharing the information resources.Secondly,librarians should build up the new cooperation concept.Thirdly the SPLC should make its role into full play to set up a cooperative internet platform for mutual benefits among its library members.
