阐述了社区图书馆建设的重要性,分析了目前社区图书馆现状、问题与发展契机,就新时期社区图书馆的创新建设与发展提出民具体的建设与对策。
The paper talks about the importance of the library construction.It analyzes the present condition,problems and the development chance of the community library and points out the concrete suggestions and strategies on the creative construction and development of the community library in the new period.
