摘要
阐述了非物质文化遗产文献各权利主体及在其中的位置,提出了优化各权利主体权益的方法,并论述了优化各权利主体权益的可行性及其现实意义。
This article elaborated the intangible cultural heritage literature various subject of right and in the place within them,proposed the method of optimize various subject of right rights and interests,and elaborated the feasibility and the practical significance of optimize various subject of right rights and interests.
