图书馆法律规范体系存在问题的探讨

随着我国法制建设的发展,我国图书馆法制建设已经有了长足的进步,图书馆行政管理也开始了法治化的进程。但是,现有的图书馆法律规范体系在形式结构、内容结构和立法技术等方面还存在一些问题,制约着我国图书馆行政法治的进程。针对这些问题,进行了初步的法理分析,进而提出了完善我国图书馆法律规范体系的主要措施,希望对图书馆法律规范建设有所裨益。

Along with our country legislative work development,our country Library legislative work already had the considerable progress,the library administration also started the government by law advancement.But,the existing library law standard system in aspects and so on form structure,content structure and legislation technology also has some problems,is restricting Our country Library administration government by law advancement.In view of these questions,this article has carried on the preliminary legal principle theory of law analysis,then proposed consummates our country Library law standard system the main measure,hoped has a benefit to the library law standard construction.
