无论是政策体制层面,还是图书馆工作实际层面都使高校图书馆开展大学生心理咨询服务面临尴尬境地:高校图书馆主要职能不允许它开展心理咨询服务;高校图书馆开展心理咨询服务与高校学生处或团委下设的大学生心理健康咨询中心业务重复,浪费高校有限资源,且其心理咨询机构及专业人员的管理和隶属关系混乱不清,人员职称走什么系列不清楚,影响工作热情和积极性;心理咨询的严肃性和特殊性致使高校图书馆没能力开展此项服务;高校图书馆馆舍资源紧张,很难配置一个标准化的心理咨询中心;很难购置专业心理咨询所需的配套设施;缺乏相应专业的专职心理咨询人员。

What is psychological consulting？ What are the terms of providing psychological consulting？ Whether policy and structure or actual work of the University Library has made it difficult to provide psychological consulting.Dominant function of the University and College Library doesn’ t allow it to provide psychological consulting;the University and College Library providing psychological consulting is the same with the students ＇ affairs department or Youth League committee’ s professional work of the University and College,which wastes limited resources of the University and College;University and College Library is able to provide psychological consulting for its seriousness and specificity;it is difficult for University and College Library to f provide psychological consulting for its limited special resources;it is hard work for University and College Library to allocate a standard complete set of psychological consulting center for its such high price;University and College Library has no qualified,professional and fulltime Psychologists to provide psychological consulting.The practicability of the University and College Library provide mental hygiene consultation service is worth questioning.
