摘要
从职业高原的内涵出发,对渝西片区图书馆的情况进行分析,阐述渝西片区"职业高原"产生的原因、负作用以及反应出来的现象,提出解决渝西片区"职业高原"的对策,以提高渝西片区图书馆事业的发展,进而促进我国图书馆事业的发展。
From the concept of career plateau,we analyzed the situation of University Libraries in Western Chongqing and illustrated the reason,negative interaction of ＂career plateau＂ Phenomenon in western Chongqing.The strategy of controlling ＂career plateau＂ phenomenon was given to improve the development of library undertakings in western Chongqing even to the development of the whole China.
