摘要
高校的行政化是我国"官本位"文化传统积淀的必然倾向。由于工作的特殊性质,高校图书馆的行政化更为严重,已成为自身正常运转的主要障碍。根据高校人事制度改革精神,研究高校图书馆目前普遍存在的权力过分集中问题和身份管理问题,倡导图书馆的声音多元化,调动一线工作人员的积极性。
Administration of colleges is inevitable tendency official-standardized cultural traditions have deposited in China.Due to special nature,administration of libraries in colleges is even more critical,has became main barrier of normal work.according to reform of personnel system in universities,study too centralized authority the overwhelming problem existing in the libraries of universities now,initiate the sound in the libraries,fire up first line staff.
