摘要 目的探讨CO2气腹对兔血流动力学和微循环的影响。方法 18只雌性健康家兔按气腹压力随机均分为3组:0mmHg组(Ⅰ组)、10mmHg组(Ⅱ组)和15mmHg组(Ⅲ组)。3组均在设定的压力下气腹1h,监测兔心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、中心静脉压(CVP)、耳廓微循环的血流量和血流速率,记录CO2气腹前5min(T0)、CO2气腹后30min(T1)、CO2气腹后60min(T2)的上述参数值。结果气腹后30、60min,Ⅱ组与Ⅰ组比较,HR、MAP、CVP显著增加(P<0.05),耳廓微循环的血流量和血流速率显著下降(P<0.05),Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组比较,各参数变化更为显著(P<0.01)。结论家兔CO2气腹后HR、MAP、CVP增加,但耳廓微循环的血流量和血流速率下降。 Objective To explore the effects of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum on hemodynamics and microcirculation in rabbits. Methods 18 female healthy rabbits were randomly divided into three groups based on pneumoperitoneum pressure :0 mmHg group( group Ⅰ ) , 10 mmHg group( group Ⅱ ) and 15 mmHg group ( groupⅢ ). Each group received pneumoperitoneum for 1 h under different pressure. Their heart rate(HR) , mean arterial pressure(MAP) , central venous pressure(CVP) and the volume and velocity of auricle microcirculation were continuously monitored and recorded at 5 rain before CO2 pneumoperitoneum (To ) ,30 and 60 min after that(T1 ,T2 ). Results At 30 and 60 min after pneumoperitoneum, HR, MAP and CVP significantly increased, hut the volume and velocity of auricle microcirculation significantly decreased in group Ⅱ ( P 〈 0. 05 ) compared with group Ⅰ . Even more significant changes were observed in group Ⅲ than those in group Ⅰ ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion HR, MAP and CVP appear to rise, but the volume and velocity of auricle microcirculation appear to decline in rabbits ~ffter CO: pneumoperitoneum.
