飞行员脂蛋白脂酶基因HindⅢ位点多态性与血脂水平的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解飞行员脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)基因HindⅢ位点多态性与血脂的关系,为飞行员高脂血症的防治提供依据。方法采用聚合酶链反应——限制性片断长度多态性方法 ,检测106例飞行员和98例健康对照者LPL基因HindⅢ位点多态性,并用常规方法测定其血脂水平。结果飞行员LPL基因HindⅢ位点3种基因型H+H+、H+H-和H-H-的频率分别为54.72%、34.90%和10.38%,两种等位基因频率H+和H-分别为0.72和0.28,与健康对照人群无显著差异。飞行员的高脂血症患病率(52.83%)明显高于对照人群(29.59%)。LPL基因HindⅢ位点3种基因型与血清TG和HDL-C水平相关,而血清TC和LDL-C水平在各基因型间无差异。结论 LPL基因HindⅢ位点多态性影响飞行员不同个体间血脂水平,环境因素是引起飞行员高脂血症的重要作用因子。 Objective To investigate the relationship between Hind Ⅲ site polymorphism of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) gene and serum lipid in pilots, and to provide a basis for the protection and treatment of hyperlipemia (HL). Methods Hind Ⅲ site polymorphism of LPL gene in 106 pilots and 98 control subjects was assayed by polymerase chain reaction--restricted fragments length polymorphism, and their serum lipid levels were detected by routine method. Results The frequency of H + H +, H + H - and H - H - genetype of LPL gene Hind Ⅲ site in pilots was 54.72% ,34.90% and 10.38%, respectively ; the allele frequency of H + and H - was 0. 72 and 0.28, respectively. There were no significant differences in genotypes and allele frequency between the pilots and control subjects. Hyperlipidemia prevalence (52.83%) of pilots was much higher than that of the control (29.59%). There was a close relationship between three genotypes and serum levels of triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL - C). However, there was no difference in serum levels of total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C) in each genotype. Conclusion Hind ]R site polymorphism can influence serum lipid levels in pilots, and environment factors may play an important role in inducing hyperlipidemia of pilots.
