氦氖激光对心肌梗死大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶的影响

摘要 目的:探讨氦氖激光对心肌梗死大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:以特定的氦氖激光强度、经不同的照射时间照射心肌梗死大鼠心前区,观察血清SOD的改变。结果:氦氖激光照射心肌梗死大鼠心前区10 min和20 min时血清中SOD升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氦氖激光照射心前区对于冠心病、心肌缺血的治疗有一定意义。 Objective: To probe into the effect of He-Ne Laser on superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the serum of the rats with myocardial infarction.Methods: The rats with myocardial infarction were irradiated by He-Ne Laser,in different irradiating times and with certain irradiating intensity,to observe changes of serum SOD.Results: Compared with that in the control group,the content of SOD in serum increased(P0.05) when the precordia of rats with myocardial infarction was irradiated by He-Ne Laser for 10 and 20 min.Conclusion: He-Ne Laser irradiation of precordia has certain significance in the treatment of coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia.
