经网膜孔困难胆囊切除术89例临床分析

A Clinical Analysis of 89 Cases of Dys-resection of Gallbladder by Omental Foramen

目的:通过对困难胆囊切除方法的探讨,在胆囊周围严重粘连和Calot三角解剖不清的情况下,成功一期切除胆囊又避免胆管损伤等严重并发症。方法:解剖网膜孔,左手手指始终经网膜孔扪诊及解剖和处理胆囊管后,顺利地切除胆囊。结果:本组89例均一期切除胆囊。结论:胆囊周围严重粘连和三胆管解剖不清的情况下,经膜网孔胆囊切除为有效而简便方法。

Objective： Evaluating the method of dys-resection of gallbladder,gallbladder was resected one time successfully with such severe complication as biliary duct damage avoided on condition that peribiliary adhesion is severe and the Calot＇s triangle is unclear.Methods： Foramen of Winslow was dissected and gallbladder was successfully resected,with the omental foramen fingered with the left finger all the time in the course of operation and the gallbladder duct dissected.Results： 89 patients with operation were all cured.Conclusion： The resection of gallbladder by omental foramen is a simple and effective method.
