摘要
【目的】对儿童发育协调障碍评估工具(Movement Assessment Battery for Children,M-ABC)在我国应用的第一阶段测试的效度进行初步分析,探讨其在中国学龄前儿童中的适用性。【方法】运用内容效度指数、Pearson相关分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析分别对M-ABC的内容效度、结构效度、效标相关效度进行分析。【结果】 M-ABC的平均内容效度指数为0.985,各测试项目与总障碍分之间的相关系数(r)在0.457~0.698之间。探索性因素分析共提取三个公因子(手灵巧度,目标/抓握能力,平衡能力),载荷在0.518~0.810之间;验证性因素分析的结构方程模型拟合效果较好,标准化回归系数在0.32~0.97之间;相关分析M-ABC各因子之间的r为0.326~0.416,各因子与运动障碍总分之间的Pearson相关系数为0.646~0.718。以发育性协调障碍问卷为外在效标,M-ABC与其总障碍分之间的r为0.514。【结论】 M-ABC各项效度指标均达到了运动心理测量学的要求,可以作为评价中国学龄前儿童发育性协调障碍的工具。
【Objective】 To preliminarily examine the validity of Movement Assessment Battery for Children(M-ABC) by using it in Chinese pre-school children and make a judgment of its utility. 【Method】 The content,construct and criterion-related validity were analyzed using Content Validity Index(CVI),Pearson correlation analysis,Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) respectively. 【Results】 The average CVI was 0.985.Correlation coefficient between each of items and total dysfunctional scores ranged from 0.457 to 0.698.Three common factors(Manual dexterity,aim/catching,balance) with EFA ranged from 0.518 to 0.810.The fitted result of CFA was 0.32~0.97.The correlation coefficients between each factors rranged from 0.326 to 0.416.The correlation coefficients between factors and total dysfunctional scores were from 0.326 to 0.416.The correlation coefficient between the total dysfunctional score of DCDQ(considered as criterion) and M-ABC was 0.514. 【Conclusions】 The validity of M-ABC can well meet motor-psychometric demands.M-ABC can be used as an instrument for screening developmental coordination disorder in pre-school Chinese children.
