摘要
青少年犯罪日渐上升,为了避免青少年受到监狱暴力以及"交叉感染"等伤害,目前采取人性化方式将他们放在社区中进行矫正。本文从非政府组织参与青少年社区矫正工作的理论和实践方面进行研究,以期对我国青少年社区矫正实践提供理论依据。
Juvenile crime commitment increase upwards, to avoid and protect juvenile from vulnerability of jail violence and joint infection, humanized forms had been executed to rectify them in the communities. The essay researched via theory and practice from the NGO＇ s participation in the correeting work , expecting to provide theoretical proof for community juvenile work.
